Family owned and operated, CSG's chef Matt Kay, and brother/manager Joe Kay treat everyone like family. Most evenings you can also find their mom, Cathy Kay (former Dobbs Ferry Deputy Mayor) greeting guests at the door. Chef Matt’s passion for creating specialty dishes began as he watched his grandmother (a former restaurateur herself) cook Italian delicacies in their Dobbs Ferry home. His daily specials are unique, seasonal and a true expression of his culinary talent.
